COST
- Business rate: $300
- Non-profit rate: $200
This is a one-time fee for all 3 days of the conference.
INCLUDES
- An 8 foot table and two chairs (limited access to electrical outlets)
- Listing in Northland Bioneers Conference event program, and link on the Northland Bioneers website
- One full-access event pass
SPACE
- All exhibit areas measure 8 x 10 feet.
- Banners may be hung from the table, but wall space is not included.
- The exhibit area will not be lockable at night, and will only have general MCTC security surveillance during off-hours. You will be responsible for securing your high-value items overnight.
NON-PROFIT INFORMATION TABLE OPTION
In lieu of a full exhibit space, for a $25 fee, non-profit organizations have the option to place promotional information on our Information Table in the Exhibit area.
MEALS
Meals are not included in the booth fee. If interested, please add meal costs ($12 per meal) on your application. Lunches will be served each day (Fri-Sun) and dinner will be served on Friday and Saturday.

- Set up Thursday, October 19, 12:00 - 6:00 pm
- Hall hours Friday, October 20, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Saturday, October 21, 10:00 am - 6:00 pm Sunday, October 22, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
- Final breakdown Sunday, October 22, 5:00 pm - 8:00 pm
APPLICATION DEADLINE
No space can be "reserved" without full payment. Please submit your application form by mail, fax, or email by September 27, 2006.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancellations received before September 27 - $75 processing fee will be deducted
- No refunds for cancellations after September 27
RESTRICTED PRODUCTS
Food vending for on-site consumption is the sole right of MCTC caterer, Teher.
KEEP IT GREEN
With the support of our partners at Eureka Recycling, the 2006 Northland Bioneers Conference will be a zero-waste event. Please observe the "reduce, reuse, recycle" objective in considering any giveaways, or handouts as part of your exhibit.
LOADING DOCK & PARKING
Loading dock access can be arranged if necessary. Note parking is not included in Exhibit Fee - parking is available in adjacent MCTC ramp for $5 per entry.
